Born in Jamaica and immigrated to England at the tender age of one, Cheron is now a business woman and educationalist, renowned for being a visionary, trailblazer, transformational leader and author.

Dawn Brathwaite is one of the Committee members of the Fusion project. She is a Diversity & Inclusion expert and currently the D&I Strategic Lead at a national law firm.
Reason for being involved in this project: ‘This is an exciting project that has huge potential for our young people of Jamaican heritage. It seeks to connect our young people with our island, and our island with our young people. A true win-win situation’.

Duncan Moore is one of the committee members for the Fusion Project. Born in Birmingham He has enjoyed a long successful career as a leader in Medical Sales and Marketing within the Healthcare
sector spanning over 30 years.

Owen came to the UK from Jamaica at the tender age of nine. He has a strong legal background and has lectured for many years in law at universities and colleges. He has also developed a number of degree level legal courses.

I am a dedicated individual with a background in Facilities Management, holding an LLB

(Hons) with American legal studies and through various roles including advocacy, Forum

membership, peer research, freelancer, panel member, DEI (Diversity, Equity, and

Inclusion), trainer, project lead, and advisory lived experience facilitator, reflecting

commitment to making a positive impact.

Meet Rhea, a dynamic individual whose journey is a fascinating blend of journalism, creativity, and a deep passion for black culture. At the impressive age of 16, Rhea embarked on their journalistic voyage by writing their inaugural column for Phoenix International Newspaper.

Rachael Williams is a dedicated Individual committed to empowering young minds through creativity and education.

Dionne Dehaney, a dedicated and passionate educator, currently serves as the Assistant Head Teacher at a school based in Tipton, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping the educational landscape.
